We thought we would tell you a bit about our company and ourselves. Let's start from the beginning...Cielo (pronounced Chee-el-o) is Italian for "heaven" which we thought appropriate for our wonderful sauces. They are a little taste of heaven, so we are told.
We are Walter and Tracey Tolson, of beautiful Gorham Maine. Both my husband and I (a chef by trade), consider ourselves extremely lucky to have grown up in households where food always seemed to play a large part in our daily lives. So I think our pasta sauce was a natural progression. Both our family's holidays and get-to-gethers seemed to always center around the meal. And what great meals they were. Everyone in my family (a mixture of Irish, Polish, Russian, and Austrian) are great cooks and my husb
