About Talk Deer Processing
we process deer and make deer sausages.
We process deer by cutting your animal into steaks, roasts, and/or burger, package and freeze. We also make a variety of deer sausages using our custom recipes: summer sausage, bologna, jalapeno and cheese summer sausage, slims jims with or without cheese, bacon, italian sausage, breakfast sausage, and dakota brats.

We are open October 1 through January 23 each deer season. Hours are 8 am to 8 pm - 7 days a weeks. We are closed the 3 major holidays and the day after.
