Glenn is a certified Pastry Chef through the ACF, and received his degree in Pastry Arts from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh. He has worked for many of the top restaurants in Annapolis and Baltimore including: The Annapolis Yacht Club, La Fontaine Bleu and Truffles Catering, and Bonaparte Breads in Fells Point, Baltimore. Glenn has won numerous awards, and his Chocolate Praline Crunch Torte was voted Best Chocolate Dessert at the Chocolover's Affair in Calvert County in 2010.
Glenns Gourmet Bakery opened it's doors on December 11, 2010. Open every day except Mondays.
