Our health consultants teach classes for employers, to enable them to learn how to be healthier physically and mentally and emotionally.
We also have classes for employees that can accomplish similar results for them and enable them to become better employees and healthier employees, with reduced sick leave time, more productivity on the job, better relationships with co-workers and supervisors, and a more successful company.
