Using traditional recipes and methods learned in Italy, we produce fresh pasta and sauces using locally sourced, fresh ingredients and special Tipo "00¿ pasta flour imported from Italy. All pasta, sauces and ravioli stuffings, including ricotta cheese, are made by hand in small batches.
