The Gallatin Mental Health Center (GMHC), a division of Western Montana Mental Health Centers, offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare to Gallatin County that emphasizes education, treatment, advocacy and recovery. GMHC offers comprehensive services including crisis response team, emergency detention, crisis stabilization, medication management, outpatient therapy, psychological testing, peer support, drop-in-center, community-based psychiatric rehabilitation, case management, homeless outreach and supported housing. GMHC staff utilizes a variety of evidenced-based practices and approaches to ensure quality, substantiated support. Through integrated, collaborative efforts, the GMHC team provides diagnosis, evaluation, assessment, ongoing treatment and referral.

GMHC outpatient offices are open Monday through Friday; Open Arms Drop-In Center is open on Saturdays as well. Hope House and crisis response team services are available 24/7/365.
