Each year, Design Partners acquires lighting fixtures and ceiling fans from around the world for its North American clients. We always acquire more fixtures than necessary for each unique development. This allows for breakage or changes in our clients' projects.
As a result, these excess fixtures and fans are being offered at cost and, sometimes, even lower than cost. We just don't need them anymore. That's why we're selling them to you at such a great price.
