Sandy Dalis is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who helps women deal with food cravings, find balance and learn what and how to eat so they can enjoy a happier, healthier, more energetic life. After working for many years in the fast food industry - which promotes addictions to unhealthy food - she was inspired to become a health coach to share her passion for nutrition and wellness.
Sandy received her training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She leads workshops on nutrition, and offers individual health and nutrition coaching.
