I complete a free health history in our first meeting. First, Primary Foods that directly impact a person's everyday life such as job, family, money, relationships are accessed. They in turn influence Secondary Foods or the client's current dietary choices. Family genetic markers are also identified. An eating method is developed for each client based on their own bioindividuality. One person's food can be another person's poison. These new skills and tools can be implemented leading to lowered stress levels, better sleep, improved mental responses in daily decision making etc. The proper tools=great success!
