About Evergreen Place
We are a 52 bed assisted living community that has been continually offering service to the community since 1904.
Welcome to Evergreen Place.
We are a fifty-two bed supported residential care facility.
Often referred to as an 'assisted living' community.
Evergreen Place has been a continually operating resource to Manchester and the surrounding communities since 1904 and holds a special place in the hearts of many.
The same old-fashioned sense of caring and community service remains the driving force behind Evergreen Place today. We plan to continue with renewed vigor to serve the community in this modern age of the internet and cell phones.
We provide 24 hour nursing and aid staff, on site lab services, medication management, preventative health services, wellness programs, on site hairdressing, a nail technician and in house doctor visits.
