Artist Ewan Tallentire specializes in custom art for aircraft lovers, pilots, museums, and small boys whose hero is the Red Baron. He also sells posters, prints, and other products of existing art pieces.
Ewan, a lover of history, has been sketching aircraft for decades. When starting a new project, he first studies the aircraft, researching who flew it, when, where, and what versions and markings it had. He does a detailed line drawing by hand, scans it into the computer, fills in color and shading, then adds a background appropriate to the historical context.
