About American Products Store Div., MKSworks, Ltd.
Location and website retail American made products. We generally carry an eclectic mix of products from small and growing U.S. companies.
We began by commercially manufacturing quillows and pillows and selling them on the web. (A quillow is a quilt that folds into a throw pillow.) We added fleece scarfs and our Skrunch-Kiss-Kap using fleece manufactured in MA.
When we opened our retail store in 2009 the economy was slowing. We decided to include items from US manufacturers to help promote their products as well as increase foot traffic for our own. Since we sell athletic wear, including tee shirts, we are now working with the screen printer in our building to encourage the use of our US made tees as they sell to their customers.
If every American consciously spends $64/mo on US made products they will help to create up to 3500,000 jobs in 1 year. Imagine what would happen if Americans spend $128/mo or more!
