For the detection and (semi-) quantization of an antigen, we will provide protocols for successful generation of antibodies. For the detection of antibodies we offer isolation and purification protocols of the appropriate antigen. Antigens could be haptens, peptides, proteins, lipoproteins, glycoproteins, hormones etc.
Commercially available immuno-assays can be made applicable for other biological fluids than initially intended; e.g. urine, saliva, plasma serum, liquor, eye fluid, milk, semen, etc.
