The company was established in early 1928 by Wolf Wertheimer and his sons Morris, Manny and Herman. The company is presently owned and directed by Israel Resnick, who has been with the company since 1974. Many of the employees have been with the family business for more than 35 years. Israel Resnick mentioned how rewarding it has been to be with an organization with such longevity. The reason for the many years of service is its customer care and quality workmanship.
