Abilene Wellness and Weight Management Center, PLLC. was started by two Abilene physicians to help their patients' become more active and accountable to their health. Obesity has become the most common cause of disability in women over fifty and third most common cause in men over fifty. We believe that good nutrition and exercise is the best medicine and want all people to be as fit as possible no matter how much they weigh. We specialize in individualized medical weight loss , weight maintenance, and overall fitness and nutritional counseling. We now offer personal training at our Center.
