Wise Health Decisions, worksite wellness program; onsite Wellness Clinics staffed by RNs
Wise Health Decisions, a product of Clinical Solutions, is a worksite wellness program designed to improve employees' health-related' self-care management decisions. Wellness Clinics, staffed by RNs, are conducted on a regular basis at a worksite, with the frequency determined by number of employees and number of shifts. Monthly health-related newsletters are distributed to all employees via hardcopy or email; companion flyers are placed at strategic sites around the worksite. An optional Health Risk Assessment is available via online or hardcopy. Outcomes, provided to clients every 6 months, demonstrate risk reduction via improved blood pressure, cholesterol, blood pressure, and loss of weight. Premium increases have been reduced as claims are decreased or controlled.
