1. Healthy Food & Cooking Workshops for children from 2 to 12 years old:
Curious Chef (for 2 to 5 year old kids) and Food Detective (for 6 to 12 year olds)
In each workshop children LEARN about Healthy FOOD, PLAY (COOK) with Healthy FOOD, and EAT the HEALTHY FOOD! Plus, kids have TONS of FUN!!!
At least 75 % of vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients used in our classes will be organic or/and from local famers' market.

2. Healthy Cooking Workshops for Adults (Cooking for Super Immunity, Authentic Japanese Cuisine, etc )
