Choose Good Health (CGH) personnel will meet with the client as necessary to discuss the service being requested. This allows CGH to better understand the client, as well as project goals and needs, leading to an agreement on how we will most effectively work together.
The next step is to identify information necessary to start the project, and determine the best sources and methods to collect that information.
Once information has been collected and analyzed, CGH will identify key elements necessary for success and make specific recommendations to the client.
CGH develops a vision for change and advises specific action necessary to attain that vision. Proposed action will include a management plan and an evaluation tool.
