Chris Skoloda developed MyBenchBuddy from his past twenty years of experience in weight resistance training. Beginning his weight lifting regimen at the age of eleven, Chris began winning his first bench press competitions at fifteen. Encouraged by a local High School Football coach to expand upon his natural ability, he was introduced into the competitive sport of power lifting. By the end of his high school education, Chris had received over 50 awards in nationally recognized drug free events. He broke several national high school power lifting records. He became a world renowned bench press champion.
