The Pilates Center of Kona is a tranquil zen-style Stott Pilates studio located in the heart of Kailua-Kona on the Healing Big Island of Hawaii. Offering the finest in Private and Duet lessons, small group equipment classes, and Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis classes. Whether you are an elite triathlete or just returning to exercise we have something for everyone. We are specialists in injury rehabilitation and prevention and core strength and stability are our mantras. Our owners are also both Licensed Massage and Manual Therapists.
