Fitness Plus is Lexington's premier personal training business. We are not a gym. We operate small personal training studios where all clients are worked on a one on one basis. Fitness Plus has only the most highly educated and experienced personal trainers; all trainers have at least a bachelors degree and at least one national, accredited certification. Most trainers have over 7 years experience in the field. Most of our clients are between 50 and 90 years of age. We have trainers that specialize in performance training, but most of our training is for individuals looking to improve health and their overall quality of life. We are highly respected in the community and contribute to several community issues and charities.
