Our unique group fitness training program, BODY BACK, works for any woman, regardless of your starting physical capability or weight loss goals. A total body workout program designed to maximize your results but with modified exercises so you can do them. Body Back is our beginner boot camp and Absolute Power is our intermediate/advanced fitness camp but neither are military style. We focus on fast, fun, and effective fat loss. Focus on great muscle tone & burn more calories even at rest.
