As the premier Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis studio in West Hawaii, we invite you to visit our serene zen-like studio and spiral with us in paradise. We offer private and duet instruction along with group Pulley/Tower classes (we have 3 towers), group circuit training classes (utilizing the specialized equipment), and group Gyrokinesis classes. Our Senior Instructor, Laura Crittendon, is also a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in rehabilitation with over 30 years of education and experience.
