About STAC Fitness
STAC Fitness offers Personal Training, Group Classes, Boxing For Fitness, Self Defense, Weight Management, Youth Fitness and Sports Conditioning
We are a Non-Membership Personal Training Facility. STAC Fitness is the alternative to the Corporate Health Clubs. There are no contracts, EFT charges or Membership Dues. You only pay for services rendered, Personal Fitness Training.
STAC welcomes Independent Contracting Trainers that wish to run their own business out of our facility. We encourage Personal Trainers with a following to come try our private facility and stop having the major Health Clubs keep most of their earnings.
We don't view our clients as membership numbers, but as part of the STAC family. After all, it is called "Personal Training".
