We Teach Kempo Taekwondo, and Kempo Tai-jitsu as well as our Combat Cardio Program. We have a Little Dragons program for 3-5 year olds, Childrens Program for 6-9 year olds, a Youth Program for 10-13 year olds, and a Adult program for 14 and up, Also have a Cardio Kickboxing program That we call Combat Cardio for 13 year olds and older.
