We offer a tranquil, serene setting for your yoga practice. We are mother & daughter yoga teachers and dedicated students of yoga. We see yoga as a means of revealing the blissful nature within each of us. We guide our students in their practice with a unique blend of knowledge, strength, compassion and personal experience. Teaching from our intuitive natures, we encourage students to turn within, focus on the breath and ultimately find a connection with their own true, blissful nature.
