About Adaptive Yoga Project
Movement and Lifestyle training for individuals with special needs based on YOGIC principals, with Yoga Therapist Annica Rose and yoga instructors.
Our project is designed to offer the benefits of BODY & BREATH AWARENESS along with BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY and STRENGTH to those who are living with or recovering from challenging physical conditions.

We offer several classes a week and private instruction to those who are interested in developing a better quality of life.
