Fatman's Beef Jerky is a USDA inspected jerky processing plant in Roswell New Mexico. We've created 13 different flavors of gourmet-style jerky, with no added preservatives. Our all-American beef is sliced thin and marianted for fullness of flavor, using natural ingredients in the mariande. Flavors range from spicy to mild, to accomodate everyone's taste.
