John Salvatore Faraone grew up in the restaurant business, at a very early age he worked side by side with his father. After graduating John followed his passion for the hospitality industry and worked in fine dining restaurants and hotels, from each gaining experience and knowledge. In 1999, John traveled overseas to gain inspiration
for one day opening his own restaurant. On this trip he met his wife and has been living in the United States for over 9 years. Once in the U.S., John accepted a management position at a corporate restaurant, learning the American ways.
