Established as Wild Ginger in 1998, Wild Nigiri continues the tradition of delicious flavors and quality ingredients. Trained in Japan, executive chef Yoshiharu Suzuki delights diners with freshly prepared dishes rooted in traditional japanese cuisine, but updated with modern combinations of flavors and sauces.
