Island Thyme Gourmet is a personal chef service serving the Big Island of Hawaii. Chef Dan Bobo will write a custom menu for you and your group whether it's a pupu party, wedding celebration, intimate dinner party or office lunch. As a classically trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Dan can provide you with a memorable meal using Hawaii's fresh, local and seasonal products. We can also stock your vacation rental in advance of your arrival, or do a "drop off" meal service if you prefer. We pride ourselves on keeping our business flexible to better meet your needs!
