We collaborate with three great chefs from round the valley to ensure high quality food, comparable prices. We pride our selves on our friendly professional staff & excellent food. Our food servers are able to heat, serve appetizers, set up & take care of buffets, dress formal tables & serve a sit down dinner. When your party is over you will find your kitchen clean, with all the leftovers stored & dishes washed & put away. I have been in the Food & Beverage industry for over 30 years. We have been working the Phoenix catering circuit for the last 7 years. I owned /operated my own catering company in Kona, Hawaii for 18 years. We have trained bartenders, servers, & bus people that have what it takes to make any event a social success. From Black & White, Hawaiian, to Causal. Large or Small
