About Dr. William J. McLendon DMD
Dr. McLendon is an Orthodontist with over 20 years of experience. He is certified for Clear Braces, Traditional Metal Braces, as well as Invisalign.
Dr. McLendon is originally from Macon, Georgia. He attended Mercer University in Macon and received his B.S. Degree in Biology in 1976.
Dr. McLendon earned his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1980. He was one of five graduates of his class to be inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society.
While in the U.S. Air Force from 1980-1988, Dr. McLendon completed a general practice residency at Keesler AFB Regional Medical Center in 1981. He successfully completed his orthodontic residency (1984-1986) at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry.
Dr. McLendon has been in private practice in Cobb County since 1988.
