* In 1995 due to the high volume of building and remodeling in the Vail area Ankerholz Inc. added the "Improvements" division to the organization. This was added to elaborate on our "peace of mind" philosophy that we offer to our clients.
* The next natural progression to this organization was to offer real estate services to our clients as well. In 2006 Teresa Ankerholz passed her exam and was officially licensed by the State of Colorado as a Broker, she quickly paired up with Prudential Colorado Properties.
