About Community Connections
The mission of Community Connections is to provide essential life skills to adults with developmental disabilities.
Founded in 1997, Community Connections is a vendor for the State of California North Bay Regional Center and was established to provide Supported Living Services to developmentally disabled adults in Napa, Solano, and Sonoma Counties.
Community Connections is a supported living services agency (SLS). We are dedicated to the support of developmentally disabled adults.
Community Connections believes that the best interests of our clients are our first and foremost mission.
Community Connections fosters each client so they may achieve their individual goals and become productive members of the community. We are dedicated to assisting each client so they may live independently and safely in their own home.
