About Green Earth Development Group
Green Earth Development Group is the for-profit subsidiary of the Piedmont Housing Alliance created to handle large-scale development initiatives.
Green Earth Development Group was created to plan, design, and facilitate the construction of sustainable, healthy, accessible, energy and resource efficient, mixed-income, mixed-use, intergenerational buildings and neighborhoods in the Charlottesville region. Our combined in-house staff has expertise in all facets of housing financing and construction, and is currently working on the 46,000 square foot mixed-use SOHO building near the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville and the 59-unit West Village neighborhood development in Crozet, Virginia.

Opening Hours
Green Earth Development Group and its parent company Piedmont Housing Alliance are open five days per week throughout the calendar year, with the exception of national holidays. Both companies run at reduced staffing levels between 12/25 and 1/1.
