Psychotherapy practice, specializing in couples therapy utilitiing Imago Relationship Therapy and Holistic Individual Therapy.
I love working with individuals and couples in a holistic fashion, which means working with the body, mind, spirit connection. This process is interwoven into the work I do with couples utilizing Imago Relationship Therapy as well as with indiviudal focusing on thier current life challenge.
I have been in practice since 1982. I have worked extensiviely in the substance abuse fileld for the first 15 years of my pratice. My focus now is on helping couples and individuals clear up their past emotional wounds in order to be present and connected to the here and now.
I do this by teaching techniques that promote awareness of the self so one can take more responsibilty for thier relational lives as well as feel more grounded and calmer internally while living life.
