Kate Gust, M.Ac., L.Ac., earned her Masters degree in Acupuncture from the Tai Sophia Institute at which point she founded Helia Acupuncture & Wellness. Her practice incorporates acupuncture, zero balancing, dietary counseling, and lifestyle coaching and customizes each treatment based on individual needs. Kate believes that all of these specialties are complementary and she will work in close conjunction with allopathic doctors in order to best achieve optimal health. Her goals in treatment are primarily to help return the body and mind to its natural state and to help clients increase their own awareness so that they can achieve wellness for themselves.
