Neawanna by the Sea is centrally located in the heart of Seaside, OR. It blends perfectly in this small charming ocean town. For our Independent and Assisted Living residents we offer housekeeping, maintenance, all utilities including cable. We assist with daily living needs, three meals per day as well as a snack, assistance with medication for Assisted Living residents.
