The concept behind Concordance Home Care emerged from the couple's personal experience of caring for their own elderly parents, including a parent with Alzheimer's. Their first-hand understanding of the difficulties and frustrations a family can encounter when caring for a parent with Alzheimer's frames the company's commitment.
