About Temenos Community Development Corporation
Temenos CDC looks to provide affordable housing opportunities to low to very-low income persons, specifically those leaving homelessness.
Established as a 501c3 in March 2006 through the vision of Pastor Rudy Rasmus and St. John's United Methodist Church, Temenos Community Development Corporation (TCDC) was created to identify affordable housing opportunities for extremely-low to low-income persons as well as homeless individuals. TCDC looks to achieve this by seeking affordable housing projects to create and/or manage. TCDC is focused on permanent housing with supportive services for those in need so that they may have a safe haven to reside in. TCDC believes that the individuals served will be more responsive and receptive to the services available when given a place to shower, eat, and sleep. The individuals served will be refreshed and renewed in their efforts to reach self-sufficiency.
