About Concrete Lift & Stabilization
Concrete Leveling. We inject a polyurethane foam underneath concrete structures, which will lift, raise, level, repair the concrete.
Due to expansive soils, poorly compacted soils, or some other factor, concrete may fail, resulting in it sinking. When this occurs, the concrete becomes a trip hazard to foot traffic, or can further in damage. Concrete Lift and Stabilization has an application that can repair the concrete much less than removing and replacing it.
How it works:
A 5/8" hole is drilled through the concrete. A polyurethane is the injected underneath the concrete, into the soil, which quickly cures into a hard, dense foam. This process not only lifts the concrete to its appropriate height, but also fills in the voided area, and stabilizes the soil from further failure. The foam will not break, shift, crack or deteriorate once fully cured, which curing process only takes approximately 15 minutes.
