It is now economically possible to recover significant amounts of valuable plastic material and energy in small or large communities. ENAS' custom made equipment uses a different and more efficient approach to recycle empty PET plastic bottles at or near the source of the waste. The easy to operate, one step process produces clean, high quality, robust crystallized pellets to be used in the manufacture of other plastic products. The equipment consist of high efficiency ovens with strict temperature control. Each unit can process 99 empty containers/cycle, or 32 tons/yr working 5 days/wk. A good supply of high demand quality recycled material without high price variations, as close as practical to manufacturing operations will be the most competitive and achieve a significant market share
