A highly experienced team of midwives offer childbirth education courses for expectant parents, at times suitable to their needs. Offering weekend and evening home sessions as well as group sessions. Each session has a Pilates for pregnancy and birth and relaxation and breathing for labour class.Birth partners have the opportunity to discuss their concerns at our 'Coping strategies for birth partners 'session. The courses are 12 hours in length and cover every aspect of Pregnancy ,Labour and early parenting including meeting new parents with their baby.Practical tips and problem sharing .
Aquatums - Aquanatal classes are run twice each week for pregnant and postnatal ladies in Tadcaster & Leeds
