Helen trained in 'Conservation and Restoration' and has over 20 years experience of running a ceramic restoration business. Her work has included commissions from Museums, Galleries, Downing Street,The Hong Kong Embassy, Livery Companies such as Goldsmiths Hall, Auctioneers such as Bonhams, Stately Homes, Antique Dealers, Collectors and the General public.
Helen is a member of ICON and regularly attends conferences and meetings to keep up to date with new products and best practice.
Damaged pieces can be sympathetically conserved in order to stabilise them and prevent further deterioration or restored back to their former condition by re-glazing to disguise the damaged areas.
