In keeping with the name I have chosen for my business I try to ally myself with people to assist them in focusing on personal values, spiritual beliefs, and relational skills the person already possesses to facilitate solutions for the problems people face. I am a North Dakota native, who for the past 32 years have practiced in a variety of settings and always strived to determine the best treatment focus, and method, in an open and collaborative manner. I do utilize eclectic therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, Solution, Strengths Based Focused strategies, as well as other methods. I also offer mediation services for couples, family, and parent/child conflict, utilizing a Transformative Mediation emphasis.
