Back 2 Basics Counseling & Rehab: work with all ages assisting with specialized areas of stress management, PTSD, trauma & Disabity adjustment
Education and support offered to promote hope and well being through re-training one's self. Techniques utilized include Prolonged Exposure, Dialectic and Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), re-training reactions to stress and trauma through relaxation and aromatherapy. Will work with all ages. Possess 28 years of experience with people with disabilities including Autism, Dual Diagnosis, Learning Disabilities, and TBI (evaluation and assessments): four years testing experience through Vocational Rehabilitation Services as well as family therapy and anger management training. Individual and group experience offerred. Sliding scale fee. Not accepting insurance at this time.
