At the Capital District Martial Arts center we offer instruction in Traditional Martial Arts with a emphasis on developing students to the highest level possible. Group classes and Private instruction is available. Our Chief instructor has 25 years of training with some of the top instructors and has been teaching the martial arts for the last 15 years. Potential students are chosen carefully and are screened for consideration as full time students.We invite you to try a free trial class in any of the Arts we currently offer. These include, Kosho Ryu Kempo, Filipino Kali escrima arnis (Stick and knife fighting) and Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijitsu(Japanese Swordsmanship, We are also a sanctioned study group in Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu Kodokai.
