Because of Mr. Wanshel's experience in litigation and trial work in the areas of the law that he practices, he is extremely well versed in all aspects of trial procedures and the rules of evidence to obtain compensation or relief for his clients from civil wrongs. Mr. Wanshel has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1975 and mostly practices law in Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, and Palm Beach Counties in the Florida County and Circuit Courts He has also handled several appeals throughout his career in District Courts upon his clients insisting upon him personally handling and defending an appeal of a trial. Mr. Wanshel is also a member of the Federal Bar in the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. Because of the population diversity in the South Florida area, he represents his clients coming from every imaginable area of the world. His communication skills allow him to deal with cultural differences to a point where each client participates in and receives consultation in the area of dispute that is brought to Mr. Wanshel's attention. However, Mr. Wanshel has primarily been helping local members of the community in the South Florida area since he began practicing law.
