She completed her residency in Psychiatry at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She is a Post Graduate Fellow of the Department of Psycho-pharmacology/Eating Disorders at New York State Psychiatric Institute/Columbia University and attended the Columbia University Psychoanalytic Center.
